A deposit of 1 day's rental required to confirm reservations of 3 days or less. Deposit of 2 days' rental required to confirm reservations of 4+ days.

Reservations are held for one week only unless a deposit is received. Balance due at check-in, and is payable in cash, traveler's checks, money orders or certified check. No personal checks accepted for the balance due. Personal checks are accepted for deposit only 2 weeks prior to arrival and are not transferable.

Only ONE PARKING SPACE PER UNIT AVAILABLE. At no time will more than one car per unit be permitted on parking lot. Ample, free street parking is available nearby. Two parking permits provided with the "J" type units.
